Terms of Service
Introduction
These terms of service govern access to and usage of these commission services provided by me. By initiating the commission process, you agree to the following terms and service.Disclaimer
By commissioning me, you agree that both you are 18 years or older or a minor with proper permission from a parent or legal guardian. You cannot utilize my work in any blockchain or machine-learning data collection programs (i.e. DO NOT use my art for NFTs or Generative AI). Please know that I have the right to decline any commission that makes me uncomfortable.Commission Process
Please fill out the Google Form if you would like a piece commissioned. I will pick and choose ideas that I can conceivably complete in a reasonable time. If the idea is accepted, I will email you directly and provide a quote that discusses potential costs and estimated completion date via email. Once quote is agreed upon and any necessary references are provided, work on the commission will begin. Updates and watermarked WIPs will be provided upon request via email. In addition, a “midpoint update” will be provided at the halfway mark of the estimated time provided.Payment
Payments will be made through PayPal. A minimum payment of 50% of the total cost of the commission is required before work begins. The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable upon agreement and starting work. For transparency, this 50% deposit is to prevent scammers from receiving free work. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the commission. I reserve the right to refuse to begin work on a commission until the deposit has been received.Delivery and Ownership
I retain full rights to your commissioned artwork for use in portfolio work, including posting on all active social media sites. If commission is to remain private for personal reasons, please notify me and I will respect any decision made. You are not allowed to profit from my artwork done by me. If you want to use my work for merch purposes, intentions to do so must be discussed prior to work starting.Refunds and Cancellation
The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, I will contact you via email and you will be refunded all payments made. If you cancel the commission after significant work has begun, any further payments will be discussed.Contact
